Agricadd Società Agricola Srl (VAT no. 01507460549), with registered office in Località Macciano 19A, 06030 Giano dell' Umbria (PG) Italy, informs the Customer that the relations between the Parties (i.e. the aforementioned Company and the Customer) concerning the sale of the products displayed on the website www.orodigiano.it, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below.
Therefore, these Terms and Conditions of Sale are an integral part of any offer, purchase order, order confirmation or other transaction of the Orod di Giano Products on the Site.
The Customer is exclusively the Consumer referred to in art. 3, letter a), Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) and therefore the natural person who acts on the Site for purposes unrelated to his business, commercial, craft or professional activity.
The products
The Customer buys the Oro di Giano products described in the information sheets of the online shop of Agricadd Società Agricola Srl. The image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but differ in color, size and accessories in the figure.
Order of products and acceptance
The purchase of the Products is made only by order from the Customer arranged through the Site.
In particular, the Customer undertakes to fill in all parts of the Order form in electronic format on the Site, indicating, among other things, the elements necessary to identify himself, the Products ordered and the quantity, place of delivery and payment methods and undertakes to provide accurate data and true. The Customer acknowledges that he must send the completed Order to the Company electronically, following the instructions on the Site.
Before proceeding with the purchase of the Products and therefore before sending the Order, the Customer undertakes to carefully read the Conditions of Sale, displayed during the registration procedure of the Order. More precisely, the Customer undertakes to read the information on the essential characteristics of each Product, the price and methods of payment, shipping costs, the methods of the right of withdrawal and the related return times.
The Customer acknowledges that, once the online purchase procedure described above has been completed, he must check the correctness of the data indicated and correct any errors in insertion, print and store the Order and the attached General Conditions or in any case store or reproduce a copy thereof.
The confirmation of receipt of the Order is sent by the Company to the Customer at the e-mail address indicated by the latter during the placing of the Order. This communication is considered as acceptance by the Company of the contractual proposal formulated by the Customer by means of the Order completed and sent. At this point the contract between the Parties is finalized.
The Company undertakes to promptly notify the Customer by e-mail of any exhaustion of the Products and to reimburse any price already paid by the Customer. With the transmission of the Order, the Customer confirms to know and accept the Conditions of sale.
Product prices • Terms and conditions of payment
The prices displayed on the Site for each Product are expressed in Euro, are inclusive of VAT at 4% and are valid at the time the Order is placed by the Customer.
The flat-rate shipping costs of EUR 6.90 (VAT included) are borne in the name and on behalf of the purchaser and are therefore added to the total amount, for orders of less than EUR 75, otherwise they are considered included. In the case of delivery abroad, the Customer shall also bear the costs due to any taxes, duties or fees provided for by the regulations in force in the country of destination. Tax documentation will be issued when the Products are shipped to the Customer.
As a method of payment is used PayPal, the world's leading operator of online payments, which gives maximum security and maximum protection of data entered.
The methods of payment for the Products displayed on the website www.orodigiano.it are as follows:
- Visa, Mastercard, PayPal Prepaid Card, PostePay, Discover, American Express and Aura Card credit cards on Paypal payment circuit.

Agricadd Società Agricola Srl undertakes to deliver by express courier of its trust in Italy and in the other countries of the European Union, the Products selected and ordered by the Customer to the address indicated by him in the Order, provided that the information has been provided by him accurately and truthfully with all the data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the delivery.
The Products will be delivered in Italy from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., approximately within 2/5 working days from the acceptance of the Order by the Company. The cases of delays of the courier due to force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, strikes, delivery to islands or disadvantaged locations, or in any case causes not foreseeable or not attributable to the Company, shall remain unaffected.
It is understood that the Orders accepted by the Company on Thursday after 12.00 and Friday, will be taken over by the courier the following Monday, in order to preserve the integrity of the Products and avoid the storage of the same in the warehouses of the courier.
The Products will be delivered by the courier exclusively to an adult natural person present at the address indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the Order. If no one is present at the first access by the courier, the courier will make a second access in the following days at no additional charge. If the delivery is not successful within the above terms, the courier will release the goods at its warehouses. In the event of failure to collect within 10 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier, the goods ordered will be returned to the warehouses of Agricadd Società Agricola Srl.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier to the address described above, the Customer agrees to verify the integrity of the package that is delivered to him and the correspondence of the number of packages compared to what is indicated in the transport document. The customer is aware that if the package is altered or shows any damage (to the package, to the products, to the sealing materials such as adhesive tape), or there is a mismatch in the number of packages, the delivery must be immediately disputed by writing "RESERVE OF CONTROL" and SPECIFYING THE REASON OF RESERVE (eg. "The Customer shall not be entitled to make any further claims regarding the suitability, integrity and completeness of the package delivered. Once the Transport Document has been signed, the Customer will no longer be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
At any time, the customer can check the delivery time of his order and the status of the shipment, connecting to the site of the courier chosen by the Company and indicated by the same in the e-mail of acceptance of the order, entering the number of the shipment indicated by the Company in that e-mail.
Right of withdrawal • Return of Products • Methods of refund
According to D.L. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate in the order form to Agricadd Società Agricola Srl a reference to VAT), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact Agricadd Società Agricola Srl within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of goods. Once this notice of withdrawal has been received, Agricadd Società Agricola Srl will quickly communicate to the customer instructions on how to return the goods, to be paid by the customer, who must reach Agricadd Società Agricola Srl within 5 days of authorization, by tracking shipment.
The Customer must return the Products to the Company intact and unused, not even partially, in their original packaging, and in the outer package carefully opened and then closed, or in a new package made by the same, suitable for transport, closed and not accessible, delivering them to the courier within 15 days of receipt. The return postage costs are at the total expense of the customer, who agrees to deliver the package, properly prepared, to the courier and to notify the Company of the withdrawal, by sending an e-mail to info@agricaddsocietaagricola.com within the same period of 15 days.
If the withdrawal is exercised by the Customer according to the terms and conditions described above, the Company undertakes to reimburse, on the credit card used for payment or through Paypal, the sums already paid by the same customer as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum of 15 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid, but may request, at his own expense, the return of the Products in the state in which they were delivered by him to the Company. Agricadd Società Agricola Srl will contact the Customer by e-mail, if his return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions herein.
The Customer acknowledges and is aware that he will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the Product (packaging or its contents), in cases where the original packaging containing the purchased Product is missing or is damaged or essential elements of the Product are missing.
Obligations of the Customer
The Customer, aware of the responsibilities also criminal for false statements, declares to be a Consumer as described in epigraph and provided by law, to be of age and that the data provided by the same for the execution of these Terms of Sale are correct and true.
Treatment of personal data • Privacy.
The customer is informed and has read the information on the processing of personal data by visiting the section "Legal Information and Privacy".
The Customer acknowledges that the information contained in the document referred to above, form an integral and substantial part of these Terms and conditions of sale and are therefore considered by the same fully known and accepted at the time of transmission of the Order.
Partial nullity
The eventual nullity of one or more single clauses of these Conditions of Sale, does not imply the nullity of the same Conditions or of the whole Contract of Sale, but the replacement of such null clauses with mandatory rules.
Applicable law • Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale and any purchase made by the Customer on the Site, is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of these General Conditions, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of residence or domicile of the Customer if located in the territory of the Italian State. If the residence or domicile of the Customer is not located in the territory of the Italian State, the Court of Rome is competent.
