Purpose of data processing.

The processing of data is aimed at the proper performance of the services covered by the contract, as well as in order to fulfill the obligations provided for in the tax and accounting and those of a different nature borne by the company, as required by current legislation.

Personal data may be processed by means of both paper and computer files (including portable devices) and in the manner strictly necessary to meet the purposes indicated above.

The Customer's personal data are processed by automated computer tools and collected mainly by electronic and telematic means by the Company for the time necessary to perform the service and for the management of the purchase order of the Products arranged by the Customer. The Site is configured in such a way as to provide for the use of the personal data of the Customer only when necessary to perform the services requested by the Customer. The Company adopts specific and adequate security measures aimed at preventing, or in any case reducing, the risk of loss, destruction or disclosure, even accidental, of the data itself, of unlawful, incorrect or unlawful use of them as well as any unauthorized access or processing not in accordance with the purposes identified in this document.

Consequences of failure to communicate personal data.

With regard to personal data relating to the execution of the contract or relating to the fulfillment of a regulatory obligation (for example, the fulfilments related to the keeping of accounting and tax records), the failure to disclose personal data prevents the conclusion of the contractual relationship itself.

Personal data, subject to processing for the purposes indicated above, will be kept for the period of the relationship and, subsequently, for the time in which the company is subject to obligations of retention for tax purposes or for other purposes provided for by law or regulation.

The recipients of the data, without prejudice to the communications and disclosures made in execution of legal obligations, may be the following: company personnel according to their areas of expertise (commercial, production, administration), professional consultants, banks and insurance companies that provide functional services for the purposes indicated above, judicial or administrative authorities, for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
